Better Together
This was Singing Out's first concert back after taking a break during the Covid-19 Pandemic. We, like most choirs, took a big hit during the pandemic. It was dangerous for anyone to meet in person but especially to meet and sing. Many of our members at the time were in at-risk categories and while we tried still meeting for rehearsals over zoom early on in the pandemic it just wasn't the same.
When we came back for the first rehearsal of this season we met outdoors on the Plaza here in town to keep things as safe as possible for our members. While the fear of the pandemic was still very present, the overwhelming sense of love, fellowship, and music making among our members being able to come back together outweighed everything else and made all the work we did to keep this group alive, absolutely worth it.

Small but Mighty!

Our Patrons
We were so incredibly grateful to our Patrons who came out to see us in this concert.
We took precautions such as spacing out chairs, having masks available, and having fans and air-conditioning on to help circulate air. At this point in the pandemic we didn't who if anyone would brave it and show up to hear us perform.
